The Foothill Intermediate School Athletic League (FISAL) is comprised of 14 middle schools including Cooley. In past years, the FISAL cross country finals have taken place at the William Jessup University course but this year it will take place at the Johnson Springview Park in Rocklin which is also an excellent course for a finals meet. We have scheduled 2 Sunday family runs on the Springview course on Sept 29 and October 6. Stay tuned for more details.
