For those who can make it, we will be gathering at Cavitt Middle School this Sunday Sept 1st at 9am for a weekend fun run. All athletes must provide their own transportation. This will give the athletes an opportunity to try out the course where our first meet will take place on Thursday Sept 5th. Being able to preview the course offers the athletes many advantages. Family and friends are all welcome to run / jog / walk the course. It is a very nice nature trail backing up to Folsom lake.
